REMEMBER, remember, the Fifth of November – because there could be some explosive action at Castle Park!
And you could see the sparks fly between Doncaster Knights and London Welsh for FREE.
Saturday’s Championship clash (2.30pm) will be the first in a series of promotional games at Castle Park this season, offering either free admission or tickets at a discounted price.
As part of a two-page Knights special in this week’s Free Press, chief executive David Ryall says he wants to double Knights’ attendances to help build on the club’s promising start to the new Championship season.
Brett Davey’s side returned to winning ways at the weekend with a hard earned victory at Esher and head into Saturday’s crunch clash confident of claiming the scalp of one of the division’s top sides.
Saturday has been labelled as ‘Bring a Friend Day’ at Castle Park – with anyone who purchases a single match ticket entitled to free admission for an accompanying friend.
Davey said: “It’s a big day for the club on Saturday and we’re working hard to get more people down to Castle Park.
“We’ve got great facilities here and we want to share them with more people. We’re trying to make ourselves better on and off the field and we want to put a big performance in this weekend.”
Tickets are priced from £15-£12 for adults, £9-£7 for concessions and £7-£3 for juniors.
Season ticket holders can gain free admittance for two friends by using vouchers B and C in their season ticket booklet.
