I AM delighted to re-sign with Doncaster Knights for next season and I’m really looking forward to the new campaign already.

Doncaster are a great rugby club with a proud history, strong traditions, top class facilities and high aspirations.

Results have not gone our way towards the end of the season, but we are all pushing in the right direction to make sure we improve come the pre-season in June.

I believe the coaching staff are looking to boost the squad with some strong signings.

I’ve really enjoyed my first year in the Championship and settled into Donny life nicely.

On the field I believe the style of play suits mine and we are persisting with trying to play attractive rugby for our Castle Park fans.

The past few weeks I have deputised at full back and felt very comfortable in the position so hopefully I can make the jersey my own next season.

I believe Brett [Davey] sees me in that shirt, but I am happy just to be picked in the starting team.

Next week I will be heading back to Ireland for a month to spend time with family.

I’ll be back in June for my first full summer in Donny.

I’m looking forward to plenty of golf and barbeques before getting ready for a big title push!
