The Dons are out to lift the hoodoo over them from this weekend’s visitors Dewsbury but Paul Cooke will not listen to talk of revenge.
The Rams beat the Dons three times last season, including ending their end of season play off hopes.
But head coach Cooke just wants to get the monkey off his side’s back and continue their 100 per cent winning start.
Cooke said: “We’re not by any means thinking about revenge but it would certainly be nice to end that run.
“It’s very pleasing to have already beaten two teams that I’m sure will be around us come the end of the season and it’d be great to make it three on Sunday.
“I’m a big admirer of the way Dewsbury play and I think it’ll be a tough, tough game this weekend.
Russ Spiers will serve a one match ban this weekend.
