DONCASTER Rovers media manager Steve Uttley has urged people to follow in the footsteps of the Inca Trek team on another hiking challenge in September.

Uttley was part of Rovers’ Inca Trek team who raised thousands of pounds for the NSPCC recently by scaling the Andes in Peru.

He will be getting his walking boots on again for the same charities’ HACK (Hike Against Cruelty to Kids) hiking challenge this Autumn.

Uttley said: “Taking part in the Inca Trek was a fantastic experience and one that I will never forget.

“It has really got me fit and in to walking, and in September I will be taking part in the NSPCC’s 24-mile HACK in Buxton with a team from Doncaster Rovers.

“We’re looking forward to a fabulous day out in the great outdoors whilst raising money for the NSPCC to support its projects and services across the UK.”

The Buxton High Peak HACK takes place on Saturday, September 3.
