Denaby United and Sutton Rovers will meet tonight in the Doncaster & District FA Cup final.

United go in as favourites having won the Doncaster Senior League Premier Division title.

Sutton, meanwhile, lie sixth in the eight team division.

The game takes place at Rossington Main’s Oxford Street ground. Kick off 7pm.

Bawtry Town, meanwhile, won the first of this season’s Doncaster Senior League cup competitions.

Craig Wrenn scored the only goal of the game as they beat Brodsworth Welfare 1-0 in the Division One final at Yorkshire Main.

Denaby Main rounded off a season which saw them finish runners-up to derby rivals United with a 3-1 Premier Division win at Sutton Rovers.

Aaron Rumble, Owen Fieldsend and Jamie Brealey shared Main’s goals with Chris Hancock hitting the target for Rovers.

Dunscroft United, who took over top spot on goal difference, scored eight goals without reply in their 8-0 Division One win at Ackworth United.

Daniel Smith bagged a treble, with Carl Grant hitting a double for the winners, who have played a game more than long-time leaders Swinton Athletic.

Richard Sands, Daniel Standish and Andrew Goddard completed the rout in the only Division One fixture to take place last weekend.
