GOALS from Alex Richardson and Luke Flanagan helped Sprotbrough and Cusworth Crusaders U16 turn the tables to secure victory over Branton in the Premier Division.
James Foster put Branton in front after 15 minutes.
But his side could not hold onto the lead and their hunt for a first win of the campaign continues.
Both sides struggled to settled in difficult conditions but Branton would soon establish control of the ball.
And the opening goal quickly came with Ryan Kerley crashing a header from a Connor Jackson cross off the bar only for Foster to pounce and tuck the ball home.
Branton looked to be on top, but the Crusaders fought back.
The equaliser came on 35 minutes when James Aveling robbed the ball from the Branton full back and played in Richardson who finished well.
Sprotbrough took control from the start of the second half with Richardson and Williams Amps both drawing fine saves from the Branton keeper.
The Crusaders managed to break the deadlock on 65 minutes.
Flanagan cut inside from the right, darted through a gap in the defence and drilled a shot low across goal with the ball bouncing in off the far post.
Branton pushed hard for an equaliser in the remaining time.
It looked as though they had found it when James Buddle fired on goal, only to see the effort come back off the bar.
