EPWORTH Colts returned to league action with a resounding victory over Dale Park thanks to a five-goal display from Bobby Foster.

Mitch Fulwood began the home goal spree following a superb pass from Ben Carson for an early 1-0 lead.

Ciaran Hazel doubled the lead soon afterwards to set the Colts well on their way.

Dale Park could do little about the third after Foster expertly volleyed home a pinpoint Ritchie Burdett delivery from a corner.

Foster added his second of the game after curling the ball into the top corner thanks to good work in the build up from Colts’ Hazel.

Fulwood doubled his tally before Hazel followed suit with his second soon after.

A long punt by goalkeeper George Moore was then collected by Foster who outpaced the Park defence to slide the ball home and complete his well-taken hat-trick.

Dale Park were still determined throughout and their spirited display earned them a goal back to momentarily disrupt a flowing display from the Colts.

The home side responded through Brad Webster who netted his first of the game as Foster notched his fourth just before half time after latching on to a superb pass from Fulwood.

Colts continued their dominance in the second half when a corner form Liam Norton was headed in by Frazer Horsefield.

Dan Brewer then got on the scoresheet after a nice turn and strike for 11-1.

Josh Richardson later smashed a glorious volley into the roof of the net from a corner.

Dale Park replied immediately from Richardson’s strike for their second goal of the game.

However, Brewer then added his second soon after and Cam Young was unlucky not to score after seeing his 30-yard thunderbolt pushed on to the bar.

Webster smashed home his second goal of the game and Foster scored his fifth just before full time to take the final score to 15–2.

Colts awarded man of the match to Dan Brewer.
