IT could be a case of one in and one out for depleted Doncaster on Saturday.

Skipper Brian Stock is a major doubt for the visit of Watford (3pm) after picking up an ankle knock during the midweek draw Norwich.

But Billy Sharp could return to boost misfiring Rovers who have scored just two own goals in their last seven games.

Sharp, who has missed the last three matches with a groin injury, is the only Doncaster player to have scored in the club’s last ten matches - a brace in the 3-2 defeat at Ipswich in January.

The 12-goal striker is desperate to lead the Doncaster line against the Hornets - but won’t be risked if he’s not one hundred per cent fit.

Dean Shiels is most likely to replace Stock should the midfielder fail to recover in time, while George Friend looks certain to continue at centre back after impressing in that position at Carrow Road.

Simon Gillett and Shelton Martis were back in full training on Thursday and could be named on the bench.
