O’Driscoll was unusually critical of his players following Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Hull City, labelling the performance a “disgrace”.
It was not so much a case of the team failing to provide the effort required but rather not sticking to the game plan and playing as individuals.
The Doncaster boss explained: “What concerned me most is that we didn’t encourage each other and played like a team that thought it was going to lose.
