DONCASTER Rovers will celebrate the “re-opening” of the Keepmoat Stadium with a unique cash-back offer to supporters.

Saturday’s Capital One Cup tie with York City marks a new era in Rovers’ history with the club now able to officially call the Keepmoat Stadium their home.

Should Rovers beat the Minstermen, the club have announced they will give fans a £5 discount off the price of their season ticket or multi-game ticket purchase.

Rovers are also hosting a ‘Viking Party’ prior and during the game.

From 12.30pm there will be various activities, including a Viking fancy dress competition, face painting, a Rovers banner competition, activity course for kids and chances to win spot prizes.

The Belle Vue Bar, formerly the Lakeside bar, will be officially renamed and reopened by club directors at 1pm, with prizes for the first 50 people to arrive.

*The £5 discount will only be issued upon receipt of a valid ticket stub from the York City game.

Only one ticket stub can be used to claim discount per person.
