NEW signing Jason Euell looks set to make his Rovers debut in Saturday’s tough trip to high flying Swansea City.

The 34-year-old forward joined Doncaster on a month long loan from Blackpool on Thursday and is likely to go straight into the starting line up at the Liberty Stadium with strikers Billy Sharp and James Hayter ruled out.

Sharp was kept out of Tuesday night’s horror 6-0 defeat against Ipswich with a groin injury while Hayter is a long term absentee due to a calf problem.

James O’Connor was set to visit a specialist on Friday after sustaining a foot injury in the Ipswich game which also saw James Chambers withdrawn with a knee problem.

Among those certain to miss the trip are Adam Lockwood, Shelton Martis, Martin Woods, Simon Gillett, Ryan Mason and Steve Brooker.

Neil Sullivan may reclaim his place between the sticks after stepping up his recovery from a shin issue.
