Doncaster Rovers have beaten the loan deadline to sign Aston Villa defender Enda Stevens.
The 23-year-old Irish left back has arrived at the Keepmoat Stadium on a one month loan deal.
Stevens, who can also play at centre back, goes straight into the squad to face Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
The Republic of Ireland U21 international made four appearances on loan at Notts Couty earlier this season.
He joined Villa in January 2012 after starring for Shamrock Rovers in the League or Ireland and Europa League.
