CARCROFT Village girls could be about to mix it with the region’s best junior sides after cruising to championship success.
The club’s Under 14s side lost just one game all season as they eased their way to the Division Three title in the Sheffield & Hallamshire League.
Their promotion could see them jump two divisions - meaning they could end up pitting their wits against the likes of Doncaster Rovers Belles and Barnsley next term.
Manager Chris Pollard said: “There’s a few teams resigning from the league so there’s a good chance that we’ll end up in Division One.
