BELLES star Vicky Exley wants the Doncaster public to enjoy a footballing feast this Easter.
Exley wrote her name into Belles’ folklore last week when her goal earned Doncaster a hard-fought 1-0 win at highly fancied Lincoln Ladies on WSL launch night.
The midfielder has seen much of this week’s media attention focus on Rovers’ ‘Good Free-day’ clash with Crystal Palace.
But the Belles veteran hopes fans also come out in force on Easter Sunday when the Belles make their Super League bow at the Keepmoat Stadium against Chelsea (2pm).
Exley said: “We played Chelsea earlier in the season in the FA Cup and won but it will be a close game.
“They played well against Arsenal in the opening game of the season but we are a good team and we have high expectations for this season.
