Division Three leaders Sprotbrough ended the first half of the season with their unbeaten record in tact following a seven wicket win at Worsbrough.
Sprotbrough swapped the Pontefract League for the South Yorkshire League over the winter.
And the Melton Road club have taken to their new surroundings like a duck to water, boasting a record of nine wins and two draws at the halfway stage.
Sprotbrough’s impressive form has put them 15 points clear at the top of the table and 24 clear of fourth placed Tickhill B, who are situated one place below the automatic promotion positions.
Worsbrough batted first on Saturday but could only muster 91 all out, with Jake Hardcastle top scoring with 27.
Michael Threapleton (4-21) and Jacob John (4-29) did most of the damage.
Sprotbrough needed two wickets to achieve their victory and Ashley Ward was 30 not out at the close.
Warmsworth won by 60 runs at Phoenix to keep their Division Two promotion hopes very much alive.
Skipper Chris Hadley scored 87 from 96 balls, with a boundary count of eight fours and three sixes, as Warmsworth were all out for 215. John Ashton bowled well to claim 7-61.
Mark Wright accumulated an unbeaten 77 in response but Phoenix closed on 155-9.
Tom Hyde took 4-29 for the visitors.
