Fishlake play their last ever match in the Pontefract League at Monk Bretton on Saturday.

The Doncaster club are two points adrift of safety in Division One - but next season they will enter the South Yorkshire League at Division Three level.

They lost at Ackworth last weekend when an unbeaten 98 from Connor Fisher guided the hosts past Fishlake’s total of 186 all out for the loss of three wickets.

Hooton Pagnell are ten points clear of Fishlake - so not yet out of trouble - after losing by 92 runs at South Kirkby in the penultimate round of fixtures.

In Division Two Hatfield Town host Rothwell knowing only a big outright win could see them leapfrog Sandal into the second promotion spot.

They maintained their promotion hopes with a resounding win at Knottingley Town. Kevin Marshall claimed 5-8 and Mark Walton took 4-17 as Knottingley were skittled for just 30.

Hatfield completed a nine wicket win but they are 12 points behind second-placed Sandal.

The top four in Division Three can all still be promoted - and Rossington Main are hoping to celebrate come Saturday night. They host third-placed Whitley Bridge in a potentially winner-takes-all climax.
