Barnby Dun’s promotion hopes went up in smoke after they were bulldozered by Featherstone Town.
The Glass Park outfit had hoped to join Division Two champions Askern Welfare in the top flight next season.
But they ended up finishing fourth in the table after suffering a comprehensive eight wicket defeat on Saturday.
Barrnby Dun had no answer to Ian Tennant who snared 7-25 to help skittle the visitors for 53.
In reply, Town coasted to 54-2, including 36 from Ryan Armitage.
In Division Five, Bullcroft Main were promoted alonside Fenwick despite losing to their tenants.
Fenwick, who have won four promotions in four seasons, posted 150-6 including 51 from B Randall.
Main came up eight runs short despite the best attempts of S Denton (41) but the Carcroft club still finished in the top three.
Bentley Colliery B were promoted from Division Seven following a six-run win over Eggborough PS.
While, in Division Eight, Askern Welfare B sealed promotion with a sensational battling display against Sykehouse.
Welfare posted a mammoth 301-4 (C Day 136, C Mundy 56, R Firth 47) before Sykehouse stuttered to 76-9 in reply.
n Doncaster Town finished eighth in the ECB Yorkshire Premier League.
The Town Field club lost to Castleford by 53 runs in their final league fixture.
Curtis Free took 4-49 when Castleford posted 234-8. Stuart Guy (43) top scored for Town but they closed on 181-7.
Yorkshire Academy were crowned champions.
