Wrestlers plan to grapple for charity
FORGET American super- stars, a band of fearless Doncaster wrestlers will choke-slam the night away as they grapple for charity.
Fighters from Balby's British Pro Wrestling school, pictured, will give the entire proceeds of their wrestling showcase at Castle Park Rugby Club to the Free Press Scan for Life Appeal.
Spectators at the family-friendly event can enjoy high-flying eye-watering stunts and a big dose of comedy at the show on Sunday.
Show co-organiser and wrestler Luke Axl, 23, said: "We chose to raise money for the appeal because we wanted to give something back to the hospital which treats us every time we have concussion."
The show starts at 7pm and tickets cost £5 and are available from Castle Park, on Armthorpe Road.
Alternatively visit www.drfc .co.uk for more details.
The Free Press is giving way two free tickets to the event in a competition on our website.
Visit www.doncasterfree press.co.uk for your chance to win.
