Live music, beautiful costumes and classic pantomime comedy combine in this refreshing take on a fairytale favourite for fabulous festive fun.

Cast’s homegrown pantomime follows on from the success of Cinderella and Aladdin. Last year’s creative team reunite with direction by Cast’s Kully Thiarai, writing by Matthew Bugg and Tobias Oliver, and design by Ali Allen.

Sleeping Beauty will keep audiences wide awake with light and magic as the forces of Dozecaster strike back against the dark side to save the kingdom from Fairy Nightshade and her Thorntroopers. There’s something for everyone if the force be with you...

Tickets are available at £18 /£15 concessions. CHRISTMAS TALES WITH GRANDDAD

For those a little too young for panto, Cast offers a family show with a feast of festive stories in Christmas Tales with Granddad - for children over 3 years old and their families. In this delightful puppet show, little ones will have their imagination sparked. There are stories about a special pair of Christmas pants, a mystery of the snowflake necklace, and the mischievous shenanigans of the Tomten - a feisty little gnome who loves the chance to swap gossip, and who might be the reason Granddad can’t find his favourite tree decoration.
