SHOP staff took on a sponsored trek across a number of its Doncaster stores to raise more than £3,000 for a cancer cause.

Staff and managers from One Stop shops donned fancy dress and walked several miles to cover ten of its borough stores such as Skellow and Woodlands carrying collection buckets.

The trek was in aid of Firefly cancer organisation.

The cause was founded by Barnby Dun resident Denise Dunn who is currently aiming to raise tens of thousands to pay for another minibus that will transfer cancer patients to and from their appointments at Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield.
