Labour leader, Ed Miliband, stopped off in his Doncaster constituency yesterday morning to thank his supporters for their dedication over the last 10 years.
The Doncaster North MP, who was met with cheers and a round of applause, said he would not be Labour leader without the support of people in the borough.
Addressing the crowd on his bid to become Prime Minister, Mr Miliband, said: “I’ve got a simple principle, which is if it doesn’t work for Doncaster North, it’s not going to work for Britain.
“And that’s how I regard our manifesto, and think about what we’re going to do as a Government.”
