The annual Doncaster Gay Pride festival is in full swing at Sir Nigel Gresley Square.
This year, the event, which celebrates the the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community, was a free admission event again, with over a dozen singers providing a musical extravaganza.
The festival has taken place in the town centre for the first time in four years, with the previous three years events been held at the Keepmoat Stadium.
“Pride isn’t just for the gay community, it’s about bringing people together in a friendly and happy party atmosphere” said Pride Chair Cath Fox.
Most of the singers were tribute acts, singing the songs of stars ranging from Gary Barlow to Beyonce. The big name headline act has been former X Factor finalist Nicola Marie
Hundreds have been in the square, enjoying the live music, stalls and food.
Celebrations were due to continue until 10.30pm.
