Television adventurer Bear Grylls is set to kick-off children’s parties in Doncaster.
The Bear Grylls Survival Academy is bringing the star’s renowned spirit of endeavour and adventure to children’s parties, with the launch of BGSA Kid’s Parties.
Designed by Bear and his personal team of survival experts, the BGSA party programme keeps young adventurersenergised and entertained for up to four hours, while giving them a taste of Bear’s survival ethos.
All party programmes are individually tailored to each party group depending on size, location and requirements.
The courses are facilitated by the BGSA team of survival experts who are highly skilled, extremely motivational tochildren and fully trained in first aid. The types of activities the group will enjoy include shelter building, fire
lighting, camouflage and concealment, a “priorities of survival” lesson, a wilderness lunch and the classic BGSA ‘Gross Eat’ challenge.
Each of the activities are carefully planned and designed to give young explorers a taste of adventure in a safe and secure environment.
Available throughout the year, the parties are suited to children over the age of 8, and can be run from anywhere with a dynamic terrain and suitable outdoor space.
Prices are available on request and include instructors to facilitate the programme, equipment, lunch, Bear Grylls Survival Academy badges and completion certificates for each child. Optional extras include Bear Grylls Survival
Academy t-shirts, birthday cakes, goodie bags and a photographer for the party.
“As a father of three young boys I love sharing my survival techniques and watching them set off on their adventures together. It is not only exciting and fun but teaches them useful life and outdoor skills and what it really means to be able to look after yourself when the chips are down.” says Bear Grylls.
