FANCY delving into your family history but not sure how to?
Start by attending Doncaster and District Family History Society’s fair which will have guest speakers, stalls and information to help begin your search.
There will be plenty of entertainment on offer with a dance troop performance and several societies will be in attendance including The National Coal Mining Museum and Toll Bar Local History project.
The event will be held on October 29 at the College for the Deaf on Leger Way from 10am to 4pm.
Free parking is available and refreshments wil be on offer.
Doncaster civic mayor Coun Eva Hughes will help open the event.
Entry is £1 which includes a raffle ticket. Children under 15 are free if accompanied by an adult.
