Staff have it all sewn up to help hospice

A string of talented employees at a town centre store have helped to boost Doncaster’s St John’s Hospice appeal by £153 - as part of a programme of fundraising events for the charity.

A team of sewing superstars at Marks and Spencer in Doncaster have been busy sewing items including napkins, tablecloths, aprons and bags out of bought and spare fabrics, and selling them to colleagues at the Baxtergate store.

Events and fundraising intiatives have been arranged to boost funds for the Balby hospice.
