Epworth Spring Food Fair takes place in the town’s historic Market Place on Saturday, April 7, 9am-3pm.
More than 20 stalls will be selling quality local produce, including fresh meats, vegetables and delicious home-baked cakes and pastries, as well as some more unusual offers - Lincolnshire brewed wines and ciders, ostrich meat, wool from the Wolds and even handmade dog treats.
There is also a lot to do around Epworth itself, why not browse the town’s independent shops and boutiques or visit the Old Rectory, 10.30am-3.30pm.
There is free parking at the Church Street and Chapel Street car parks, as well as overflow car parking at Epworth Leisure Centre.
NLC leader, Councillor Liz Redfern, said: “Epworth is a great place to visit, and if successful two more Food Fairs are planned for later in the year. This event will be a great day out for all the family and will certainly help to promote Epworth.”
The event will also include live music and magician/balloon modeller Nutty Norman.
