A CHANCE to take a peek at the brand new Rawmarsh Customer Services Centre comes next week.
The centre opens officially on April 30, but an Open Day on Wednesday gives an early viewing opportunity.
The Barbers Avenue complex aims to give better health and council services, including a new town library, and has been brought about jointly by NHS Rotherham and Rotherham Council.
Residents will be able to apply for many Council services, report problems, and pay council tax bills and housing rents.
There are also much-awaited full changing facilities for those who use the sports pitches at the rear of the building.
The existing Rawmarsh Library closed on Friday and will re-open on April 30. From 10.30am to 6pm on Wednesday, visitors can look around the building, see the facilities on offer and chat to members of staff.
