The Sheffield Cats Shelter is holding a sponsored fun run on Sunday, June 11, in Graves Park starting at 10am.

Entrants will be able to run, walk or jog the 5k course. For those who do not want to cover the full course, there is an option to enter the 2.5k event, which is also open to competitors with their canine friends.

Fancy dress is welcome and there will be some great prizes for the winners of the race along with a prize for best fancy dress

There are no time restrictions so entrants complete the course at you’re their own pace. Other attractions include stalls selling a range of items, and tombola. Free refreshments are available for people taking part in the event.

The entry fee is £5 for adults but free for 16s and under. This covers the cost of organising and running the event on the day, so every pound raised in sponsorship will help the Sheffield Cats Shelter. Tickets can be purchased at the Shelter or online through Golden Giving.

If you are interested in registering for the event or require further details please visit the Shelter at www.thesheffieldcatsshelter.org or contact kim.steele@thesheffieldcatsshelter.org.uk.
