The group from Lux salon based in The Crown Hotel, in Bawtry, offered head massages and other health treatments as well as cake sales to raise cash.

Not content with staying inside the salon to raise money, a group took to the skies and climbed Mount Snowdon, completing the Wales challenge in an impressive two hours and 40 minutes.

The Bawtry beauties decided to raise money for WaterAid because they use Aveda products which itself sponsors the charity.
