Resurfacing works are due to commence in Bentley this weekend.
The resurfacing work is set begin on Sunday and is expected to last until April 7.
The work will be carried out in Watch House Lane, Church Street and Cooke Street.
Access to Bentley Railway Station and car park will remain open at all times.
The council is writing to all residents affected and visiting local businesses to discuss further and identify any particular needs they may have in advance.
Peter Dale, Director of Regeneration and Environment, said: “The project will take a little time to complete and so we are asking for businesses, residents and motorists for their patience while it takes place.
“To minimise the disruption, the works will be carried out in phased sections.”
