CHILDREN have been eggs-periencing a range of Easter activities with the help of a church.

Pupils from Waverley Primary School in Balby popped into the White Church to take part in the Stations of the Cross - marking the final journey taken by Jesus.

The children took part in activities including feet washing and the last supper marking the key Easter events from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday.

The Easter Journey event was split into colour and craft themed activities named Palm Sunday, An Important Meal, A Trial By Night, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

The activity scheme is run in conjunction with the church in Warmsworth Road and the Doncaster Schools Worker Trust.
