Born in Woodlands and now lives in Bessacarr. Educated at Thorne Grammar School. Retired school teacher - former head of politics and religious studies at Danum School where he worked for 30 years.

Founder member of the Campaign for Real Education – an organisation dedicated to restoring high standards of learning and discipline in the state education system. Has campaigned consistently for England's withdrawal from the expensive and undemocratic European Union in order to save billions of pounds each year and return control of the country's affairs to our own parliament.
