Police officers returned to a level crossing in South Yorkshire this morning following a fatal collision.

A pedestrian died in a collision with a train at Arksey, Doncaster, at 8.24am yesterday.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Officers from British Transport Police and Network Rail staff visited the scene of the collision today to carry out some more enquiries.
