DONCASTER’S most famous pop star is having his face put on a sweets dispenser to raise money for charity.
Louis Tomlinson is one of a number of celebrities who have signed the one-off items, which will carry a caricature of each star’s face, to help raise money for Comic Relief.
The 21-year-old former Hayfield School pupil, from Bessacarr, and the rest of his group, One Direction, are all featured in an auction, along with singer Jessie J, comic Ricky Gervais and Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon, who have all signed similar items carrying their images.
The dispensers are being sold off as collectors’ items in the run-up to Red Nose Day, which this year is on Friday, March 15.
