New charity shop opens to help dogs

A NEW branch of the Doris Banham Sanctuary dog rescue charity is opening on the High Street in Bentley.

It is calling for donations of various unwanted items such as books, children and adult clothing, shoes, toys and anything else that might free up some space in your home.

The Doris Banham Sanctuary was set up in 2002 by daughter Trudie James to honour her late mother’s dedication for all animals.
