More details have been revealed about the all-star cast which will feature in the Christmas special of Open All Hours.
The show, which will return to television screens after a 28-year absence for a festive edition on Boxing Day will feature a host of top comedy names - and will be accompanied by a documentary on the return of the sitcom favourite to Doncaster a day later.
As well as comedy legend Sir David Jason (Granville) and original cast members Lynda Baron (Nurse Gladys Emmanuel), Stephanie Cole (Mrs Featherstone) and Maggie Ollerenhaw (Mavis), the show will also feature funnyman Johnny Vegas as a character called Wet Eric, Harry Potter and Fast Show star Mark Williams and Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads? actress Brigit Forsyth.
Goodness Gracious Me favourites Kulvinder Ghir and Nina Wadia as well as Chuckle Brothers star Barry Elliott will also appear in the half-hour show which will be aired on BBC1 at 7.45pm on December 26.
And an accompanying documentary, Open All Hours: A Celebration, will be screened at 1.25pm on December 27.
