A pedestrian was left seriously injured following a collision with a tractor near Rawmarsh.
Police said the incident happened when a red Kubota tractor was travelling along Aldwarke Lane in Rotherham from the direction of Rawmarsh and was in collision with a 32-year-old man.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene and the pedestrian was treated by the roadside by paramedics before being taken by ambulance to Rotherham District General Hospital.
He was treated for serious injuries and is believed to have been kept in overnight.
A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said this week the man is in a stable condition.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about the incident, which happened on Tuesday, February 10, at 12.15pm, to come forward.
