Three brothers from Crowle have made history at a church by being baptised together.

Crowle Methodist Chapel staged its own ‘Brother’s Day’ as Richard, Paul and Chris Hopkins were baptised by preacher Sheena Chisnell.

Mrs Chisnell, who has preached at the chapel since 1979, said it was the first time she had baptised three adults.

The belated service for the trio aged 31, 29, and 27, was partly down to their father Nigel worked in the Middle East when they were younger. Gareth’s five-month old son Laken was present.
