Scores of talented youngsters wowed the crowds during a special theatre performance recently.
More than 60 children from villages including Haxey, Misterton and West Stockwith, gave a performance of singing, dancing and drama as part of a production based on Les Miserables.
The extravaganza, entitled I Dreamed a Dream, saw members of the Misterton-based Be’ Dazzled drama group wow the crowds at the Trinity Arts Centre in Gainsborough.
Children aged from just four right up to 16 gave two performances to a crowd of parents, friends and theatre fans.
Hannah Jackson, 23, who runs Be’ Dazzled, praised the youngsters for their hard work.
She said: “I was so proud of them, they all did so well.
“The children have worked really hard in rehearsals and all the hard work has paid off.
“Their parents were also so proud of them. We even had some of them in tears they were so impressed.”
