Crowle and Ealand Heritage Society is holding a meeting at the White Hart, Market Place, Crowle, on the subject of Crowle’s pubs and breweries.
Crowle now only boasts three pubs but there were many more in the past. Do you remember the St Oswald or the Mason’s Arms? What was the pub that was built over by the railway? Which landlord bought his wife for £40?
Bring your photos and come along to share your memories at the meeting, which starts at 7.30pm on December 13. Entry is £2 and includes refreshments.
