AN MP has welcome support from Doncaster politicians in his fight of the Drop the Bill campaign against NHS reform.
Andy Burnham, Shadow Secretary of State for Health, told a packed Labour party dinner at Castle Park in Armthorpe Road, Armthorpe, that he was grateful for the support of the NHS.
The Government plans to create the biggest reorganisation of the NHS since it began in 1948.
Mr Burnham told the party that cost alone of the restructure in Doncaster would be £3.3 million.
There is also a petition to drop the bill. Don Valley MP Caroline Flint said she and over 150,000 other people had signed.
