A soul night has been organised to raise money for ovarian cancer charities.

Sandra and Kerry Lanaghan, of Stainforth, organised the event after Sandra was diagnosed with the disease.

Pictured (back l-r) are Bill Snow, of Cantley, April Sprott, of Armthorpe, Terry Finn, of Town Moor, Claire Shipley, of Dunscroft and Junior Walker of Balby, all of whom performed at the event.

The soul night followed a fun day at Stainforth Central Club,for the same causes, a week earlier. This included a vintage bus push and collection, music and many family activities.
