VIEWS are being sought over plans to build 18,000 homes in the borough.
Doncaster Council is carrying out work on its Local Development Framework which will eventually set out the future of the town over the next 16 years.
The first phase of the plan covers what will happen over the coming years with the second part setting out exact locations of where developments will be built.
The authority wants residents to offer suggestions for locations to determine where they would like to see construction work take place.
The proposal will run up to 2028 and includes 18,450 new homes, 290 hectares for distribution warehouses, 190 hectares for light industry and manufacturing and space for 140 square metres of new office space.
Suggested development sites are spread across the borough and include Thorne, Rossington, Armthorpe, Conisbrough and Adwick.

Public consultation events will also be run throughout the borough, a council spokesman confirmed.
The consultation runs until Friday, September 21.
