Visitors to The National Trust’s Clumber Park will get the chance to ‘have a go’ at an exciting range of activities this half term. In addition, on Sunday 29 May, Clumber Park will be holding its first traditional sports day since 1897.

From Monday 30 May to Friday 3 June, Clumber Park will be holding ‘Half Term Have a Go’. Each day will see a different activity to have a go at including rock climbing, origami and frisbee golf.

Events assistant Stephen Prescott said, “These ‘have a go’ sessions are a great opportunity to try something new, exciting and at no additional cost!”

On Sunday 29 May, the whole family is invited to take part in the first traditional sports day since 1897. There will be traditional music throughout the day plus classics such as the sack race and the comical three legged race. Also, Professor Gilbert will be back entertaining the children with his great Punch & Judy show.
