Four Doncaster College students had a once-in-a-lifetime experience when they went to the Paralympics Games.

Sports and Exercise BTEC level three students Jack Aldred, Alex Owen, Lauren Cole and Rebecca Langley and tutors Stuart Sanderson and Sam O’Brien set off bright and early to visit London’s very own Olympic stadium to see a packed morning session.

There they cheered on the athletes competing in the men’s blind long jump final, 400m wheelchair race, 100m sprint, javelin and shot put.
