VISITORS had the chance to find out more on tax when a information bus parked up in the borough.

The Tax Justice Bus arrived at Doncaster Minster last week with people on board to help residents find out more about the issue of how tax dodging is hitting the pockets of governments at both home and abroad and impacting on ordinary people’s pockets.

The Christian Aid-backed bus was supported by the Bishop of Doncaster Peter Burrows and Doncaster Central MP Rosie Winterton.

The ‘Tax Justice Tour’ had covered Northallerton, Ripon, York and Hull before it visited South Yorkshire.
