MEMBERS of the town’s Seventh Boys’ Brigade band performed their final show after 60 years of making music.

The band performed the free concert at Priory Place Methodist Church, in the town centre on Saturday to mark the end of an era.

Speaking before the concert Don Ogilvie, Boys’ Brigade captain, who has been with the band for 12 years, said: “It going to be a bittersweet occasion after 60 years but we are hoping to develop a new project in the future.”
