The Dome played host to more than 3,000 birds at the annual extravaganza of feathered friends.
Rosettes were handed out for the best birds on show at the annual competition.
Among the winners was Kimberley O’Neil, , of Balby, who placed in the show with her junior albino budgie.
Terry Price, of Scunthorpe, and the Doncaster Budgerigar Society, won third best novice at any age at the World Championship Budgerigar Show 2012.
The show this year was in memory of a former budgerigar stalwart, John Alcock, who died earlier this year.
