Students put on the Ritz
TWO Doncaster College students have proved they can cut it against the best after receiving job offers from the Ritz Hotel.
David Webb, 19, and Alberto Salas, 17, spent one month on work experience at the five-star hotel in London as part of their BTEC hospitality and catering course.
The pair impressed managers so much that they have been offered jobs at the hotel - where rooms cost up to 5,500 per night - providing they achieve their qualifications.
David, of Askern, who currently works at Central Park in Lazarus Court, said: "It was a mind-blowing experience. I think it's only just sinking in that we've been working there."
