The region’s Business Crime Reduction Centre is warning Dearne companies that they may be targeted by criminals during the extended Christmas holiday.

Sparsely populated industrial estates and other business areas provide thieves with an ideal opportunity. In addition to burglaries, companies have suffered arson attacks and criminal damage thought to be failed attempts to burgle premises.
